Arthur Meng-Managing Director
Arthur Meng is a Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the design and documentation of new houses, renovations and extensions, townhouses, apartments, warehouses, and industrial buildings. He is a member of the National Engineers Register (NER), a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ #15190).
With over 30 years of professional experience across both public and private sector consulting firms, Arthur brings a deep and practical understanding of engineering design and construction. He worked in China as a senior structural engineer for 11 years before immigrating to Australia in 2004 as a skilled professional. After a decade of working with engineering consultancies in Brisbane, Arthur established his own practice in 2014. Initially operating from a home office, the practice expanded rapidly, and by 2016 had moved into a larger commercial office near the Brisbane CBD to accommodate growing demand.
Today, the office operates as a close-knit team consisting of one senior engineer and two experienced draftspersons, providing efficient and reliable structural design services tailored to clients’ needs.
