Apartment at 20-22 Dwyer St, Nundah

Five storey suspended concrete slabs above ground supported by concrete block walls and two layers of basements underground. The reinforced concrete transferring slab of 650mm thick was supported by concrete columns and pad footings. The retaining walls along the boundary was up to 6 meters high made of 290mm series reinforced concrete blocks, which was 2 meters away from the adjacent building. Lift shaft walls were all reinforced concrete walls continuously up to the roof as the shear wall.

Unit Development at 156 Kingsley Tce, Manly

Rear part was a three storey unit development with two layers of suspended concrete slabs supported by reinforced concrete block walls. Front part included the ground level carpart, upper level units and reinforced concrete roof terrace. Isolated pad footing system applied to the front columns whilst the rear block walls were supported by strip footing.

Townhouses at 91-93 Pembroke St, Carina

Two storey timber clad construction. Waffle rafter slabs applied to the footings. Reinforced concrete beams were provided to pick up the cantilevered concrete block partition walls. Deep bored piers and cantilevered footing beams were for the bridging over stormwater design.

New residence at 19 Sydney Ave, Camp Hill

Three storey timber conctruction. Concrete block retaining wall along the rear boundary was up to 4 meters high. Steel frame was designed for the lift shaft well. Timber framed roof terrace was constructed at the rear top. Steel portal frame applied at the front to withstand the wind pressure.

New House at Lot 342 Splendid Close, Pallara

Two Storey articulated brick veneer construction. Waffle rafter footing system.

House Alteration at 115 Bolan St, Bulimba

Highset Queenslander was transferred into a two storey building. House was raised up and a new good floor was added. Existing floor was reinforced with steel beams.
